[Drops his shawl before heading into the water, back turned to Nanami, pulling his sweater off over his head and flinging it back to shore before disappearing under the waves. Just going to be quietly grateful for the cover that nighttime provides.]

[Most days he takes his time undressing to keep things as neat as possible, but he's just been given very good incentive to strip down faster than usual. So he gets out of his nice clothes, leaving them what he hopes is far enough up shore to stay dry. He heads stark naked into the surf until he's deep enough that his body changes shape and his legs and most of his torso are replaced with whale shark.]

Ah....it seems like it was a surprise for me instead.

I don't know how long I will be able to do this, so I'm glad you got to see it.

[And then he catches sight of Azul and he's struck again.]

Well look at you. This is a lovely surprise.

It really does suit you, you know.

That means a lot coming from a professional.

[His body isn't nearly as flexible, so he ends up twisting himself around in a barrel roll trying to follow Azul's movements. The low light in the water makes it harder to see what this Azul looks like.]

[Stops circling so he can swim up close to Nanami, bumping their noses together]

[He reaches out to touch Azul, feeling slow and sluggish underwater.]

[Reaches up, arms looping around Nanami’s neck, pulling him even closer]

[Holding Azul securely like he doesn't want him to drift away.]

[Leans into that hold, releasing a slow breath]

That isn’t exactly something I’m used to hearing like this.

Then I will have to say it twice as often.

[He leans in to steal a kiss.]

[Azul winds a couple of tentacles around Nanami slowly, tilting his head to make kisses easier]

I am going to hold you to that.

[The fact that he's being held literally to that is not lost on him, and he's enjoying the hold even if he has no idea how his own altered biology is going to handle that right now.]

[Breathes out, blushing a brighter blue than he would on land before starting to pull him deeper out to sea]

I take it back, that backfired.

[He isn't in a great position to do anything but go where Azul takes him. But he's happy to go.]

[Finally unwinds all the extra arms from around Nanami so he can swim on his own]

[Trying his best to keep up, he's slow but steady.]

[Smiles briefly, swimming into his bubble again for a kiss]

[Reaching out after him as he goes, trying to hold onto one of his octopus arms as it goes by.]

I suppose as long as my gills have water passing over them I don't really need to stop to breathe, do I?

[Allows an arm to be grabbed]

[He wraps his arm around the tentacle and draws it closer, twisting his wrist around to wrap them closer together and then giving the very end a lick.]
